This agreement is entered into between OkulCep (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) and the educational institutions, teachers, parents, and students using the application (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), under the following terms.
By accessing and using the application, users declare that they accept the provisions of this agreement.
The user is personally responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information provided in the application. OkulCep cannot be held liable for errors arising from information provided by the user.
Users are obliged to protect the confidentiality of the content shared through the application. All responsibilities regarding the protection of personal data belong to the respective user.
OkulCep protects the personal information of users and does not share it with third parties.
User information is processed and used solely for the purpose of providing and improving services.
All content on OkulCep is owned by OkulCep in terms of copyright and intellectual property rights.
The application content cannot be used, reproduced, or distributed for commercial purposes without the permission of OkulCep.
OkulCep reserves the right to make changes to its services or to temporarily suspend them without prior notice.
While all necessary measures are taken to ensure the continuity of services, OkulCep is not responsible for interruptions that may occur due to technical reasons.
Disputes arising from this agreement will initially be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations.
The Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for the resolution of disputes.
